Right Click on the "packrat.tgz" link and select "save
target as"
Be sure to remember your save location.
Extract contents of packrat.tgz with "gunzip -c ./packrat.tgz | tar xvf -"
start PackRat with the following command "java -jar path/packrat.jar" (where "path" is the directory where you saved packrat.jar)
